Exams Administrator
This is a newly created role with the responsibility to provide efficient and accurate administrative support for all aspects of the school’s examination processes, supporting the school with compliance and regulatory aspects, organisation, and smooth running of both internal and external examinations.
The role will assist the Deputy Head (Academic), who would be the Examinations Officer, in the organisation, registration, and delivery of internal and external examinations in accordance with statutory regulations. The role includes supporting the Deputy Head (Academic) with the day-to-day administration of entries, liaising with candidates (including external/private candidates), managing exam materials, coordinating invigilation staffing, and working with the Head of Learning Support to ensure appropriate access arrangements are implemented.
The hours of work are 8.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Wednesday, Thursday 8.30am-3pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Term time only including INSET and a further 62 hours (anticipated to be last two weeks of August).
The salary for this post is £14,913 and includes 5.6 weeks pro-rata holiday pay. This is based on a full-time salary of £30,225

Assistant SENCo
This is a newly created role working closely to and reporting to Head of Learning Support, supporting with the strategic development, coordination, and delivery of high-quality SEND provision.
The role requires a strong understanding of Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes, excellent communication with fee-paying parents and Local Authorities, and a commitment to inclusive, evidence-based practice.
The Assistant SENCo will work closely with the Head of Learning Support to ensure efficient coordination of SEND processes, accurate record keeping, and effective communication with parents, staff, and external agencies. A key focus of the role will be to lead on the preparation, tracking, and submission of EHCP paperwork and annual reviews (including leading annual review meetings as allocated by the Head of Learning Support).
The hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30pm 3 days a week (to be agreed with successful applicant), with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Term time only including INSET and a further 11 days during the school holidays.
The salary for this post is £15,367 and includes 5.6 weeks pro-rata holiday pay. This is based on a full-time salary of £30,420

Therapy Assistant
This is a newly-created role working in our Learning Support department with our therapy teams.
This is a term-time plus INSET, full-time role working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm with a 30-minute unpaid break.
The salary for this post is £19,209 and includes 5.6 weeks pro-rata holiday pay. This is based on a full-time salary of £25,760

Cleaner
We are looking for a responsible, friendly person to join our lovely Housekeeping team.
Uniform and training provided
The hours of work are 7am - 10am Monday to Friday
The salary for this post is £7,345 and includes 5.6 weeks pro-rata holiday pay. It is based on an hourly rate of £12.71
This is a term time only role, being 34 weeks and as such you will be expected to take your annual leave during school holiday periods.
