This year's cohort achieved an average grade of C/Merit, with an impressive 36% of all results awarded at Distinction or Distinction* level. Even more encouraging, students achieved on average 1.5 grades higher than expected, with 75% exceeding their predicted outcomes.

These outstanding achievements reflect not only academic success but also the confidence, resilience and independence that our students develop during their time at Frewen College.

Among the many successes across the cohort were several exceptional individual performances:

• Jess achieved three Distinction* grades
• Seth achieved two Distinction* grades and one Distinction
• Johnny achieved a Distinction* in Uniformed Protective Services
• Charlie achieved a Distinction in IT

Particularly noteworthy was Seth, whose results exceeded expectations by the equivalent of four grades. Jess, Johnny and Sam P also surpassed expectations by two grades, demonstrating the remarkable progress students can make when provided with the right support and environment.

As the UK's oldest specialist school for dyslexia, Frewen College understands that success looks different for every learner.

Our Sixth Form is designed specifically to help students with dyslexia and co-occurring specific learning difficulties (SpLDs) achieve their potential academically, socially and personally. Through small class sizes, specialist teaching and personalised support, students are empowered to become confident, independent learners ready for life beyond Sixth Form.

While examination results are important, they tell only part of the story. The true measure of success lies in seeing students who may once have lacked confidence grow into capable, resilient young people who believe in their abilities and are ready to embrace the opportunities ahead. That is what makes Frewen different. Alongside academic achievement, we help students develop the skills, independence and self-confidence they need to thrive in higher education, employment and everyday life.

The achievements of this year's cohort are a testament to the hard work of our students, the dedication of our staff and the strength of our specialist approach.
