With Paul Fitzsimmons' appointment in 2007, Rugby returned to Frewen after a lapse of ten years or so. Training concentrates on developing skills, and our team were delighted when, after only five weeks' training, they came third in a tournament for mainstream Sussex schools, organised to mark the Rugby World Cup. They were even more delighted when shortly afterwards England beat Australia in the World Cup!
Few of our boys, and none of the girls, have played before they join us, but all seem to enjoy an excuse to get covered in mud!
