Star ratings for GCSEs

Excellent Art grades and a clean sweep of distinctions in ICT were the highlights of our best set of GCSE results for many years. In total 45% of passes were at Grades A* to C, and pupils averaged 6.5 passes each.
Annual May Fair
The sun shone again at this year's May Fair held at the end of the first half of summer term, raising a tremendous £2500 which is to be spent on extra equipment for both the schools.
Open Mornings

We are pleased to welcome prospective parents and education professionals to visit the school's regular Open Mornings, to learn more about what we do.
Outstanding Ofsted!!

Following our "Outstanding" assessment at our annual Ofsted boarding inspection we have now received the official logo for use on all communications. The pressure is now on to make sure we not only retain the top category, but just get better and better!
India beats the world!
Year 8 Frewen pupil India Sparacia has won the 11-14 age group in Digital Camera magazine's prestigious annual international photography competition. Her photograph 'Sea through the window' beat entries from all around the world.
William savages the opposition!
Year 9 pupil William Savage swept the board at this year's Tunbridge Wells Badminton Tournament, winning both singles and doubles tournaments.
LEA Inspection success
Just a week into the new term we welcomed our first team of inspectors for the year, and received an outstanding report.
National Garden Scheme

Brickwall House and Gardens opened to the public in May in support of the National Garden Scheme. Refreshments and guided tours were provided. All entry money went to the Queen Alexandra Nurses Fund, while proceeds from the teas went to the school's Chairman's Scholarship Fund.
Dragonboat winners!

Staff, parents and friends took part in the annual Dragonboat Festival at Bewl Reservoir, and sailed off with a top prize!
Girls Allowed!

We are delighted to announce that following a number of requests from prospective parents, we can now offer boarding places for girls.
Growing our own

This year we made our first tentative steps towards starting to produce some of our own vegetables on site, and have enjoyed a glut of tomatoes, cucumbers and courgettes!
ISA Primary Schools Cross Country

In January we held the area heats for the ISA National Cross Country competition.

Upgrading Sensory Integration in Occupational Therapy

Following additional specialist training, our Occupational Therapist Claire Burdge has introduced a new range of programmes for children experiencing sensory processing problems.
